Servicing new(to me) 4th gen

Hello everyone, a few weeks ago I picked up a 2005 Sport Edition V8 with 122k miles on it, for a hair under 10k. After reviewing the service records it seems very well maintained and has probably only been driven around 15k miles over the last three years. I have all the service records from Toyota since it was 50k miles but have a couple questions about what some of the descriptions mean and hope someone can help.

In november 2014, about 10k miles ago the following services were performed

LUBE OIL AND FILTER, 27 POINT COURTESY INSPECTION., M, REPLACE CABIN FILTER, REPLACE AIR FILTER, 4X4 COMPLETE DRIVE LINE SERVICES, PERFORM BRAKE FLUID EXCHANGE, POWER STEERING FLUSH SERVICE, UPDATE ECM SOFTWARE AND INSTALL

Two questions on this does anyone know what the complete 4x4 drive line service would actually consist of, and does anyone know why they might update the ECM software?

Also what other general maintenance services should I expect to need to do in the near future and are there any other things I should be on the look out for?

So far I love this truck, its a blast to drive 60 miles a day and nothing seems odd to me, the only thing ive noticed is once i hit around 75 there appears to be an engine hum, but i havent driven a truck in 10 years so maybe thats just engine noise thats normal. Thanks for all your help guys

First and foremost is the timing belt, is there any indication it's been changed?

Driveline servicing is probably just greasing the driveshaft.

The ECM info can be found here but I can't recall what it was for - something along the line of deceleration when brakes applied IIRC.

Thanks, the timid belt was changed at 90k. I was hoping the driveline service meant they changed the fluids
