Shaking after Differential and Brake fluid changes

I posted some of this story on the recent differential thread - I should of posted it separately as I am doing now, so I do apologize for that.

I had the Differentials and TCase fluids changed on 1/24 along with the Brakes flushed. I provided the 75W90 oil from Schaeffer Oil for this. I was first told that they used 3 qts for each section - which seemed like a lot. Then when I called and spoke to the owner, he claimed it was to flush out the old fluid. Needless to say I was upset.

Well, now it has been two days and I am starting to notice that I am getting some engine shake. It is more noticeable at highway speeds and when speeding up. My car never felt like this before. Today, my toes felt numb from the shaking gas pedal.

I can't imagine what this can be. Is there something to be checked in particular?

I have a 2006 4Runner SR5 4WD.

Thank you for your patience and your time in enlightening me on this.
