shaking at 80-100Km per hour, whats up?

I have a 93 3.0 4runner and it has a bit of a shimmy in the wheel at 80-100km per hour. It was just recently aligned and ball joints replaced. Any ideas? I know there was a recall on the steering rods i believe so I am going to call the dealer and see it was ever done to this truck but I thought I would post here for ideas. Thanks

A tire may be out of balance, crappy alignment job, bad shocks, etc.
