Information Update
I just wanted to update everyone with additional information that can now be found on our website, we appreciate all the questions. The first round of racks will be going out before the end of the month to everyone who ordered before August 11th. We apologize for the long lead time on these first racks as we are still ordering them in small batches. Our next goal is working on building up stock so we can get them out to you guys even faster.
PRODUCT INFORMATION:
Rack Dimensions: 91”L x 43-1/2”W x 6”T
Crossbar Dimensions: 1”Tx2”Wx43”L
MOUNTING — The roof rack mounts into the OEM roof rails with four 1/4” thick aluminum brackets that are 2” tall. This height is the perfect balance of keeping your weight as low as possible while still making it easy to mount things to the rack. The front of the rack rests on two adjustable mounts that allow you to set the amount of pressure you need.
CROSSBARS — The rack itself features six aluminum extrusion crossbars that can be adjusted forwards and back. When you combine the adjustability of the bars with the versatility of the t-slot channel built into each cross bar, it makes for an endless number of ways to mount your gear.*
HAND HOLDS — Built into the side plate of each rack are hand holds that make getting to the gear on your roof a breeze.*
TIE DOWNS — More important than just getting to you gear is securing it. The built in anchor points can be used to quickly secure things to the roof without hassle of hard mounting.*
FAIRING — The front fairing includes options for mounting a single row light bar or you can go with the full-size fairing if you wanna keep it simple. The fairing can be adjusted to varying heights, ensuring proper fitment on each vehicles. Fairings include rubber stripping to prevent vehicle damage.*
DETAILS
The roof rack DOES NOT ship assembled in order to reduce the cost of shipping.*
All racks come UNPAINTED and are bare aluminum. Aluminum will not rust in wet conditions, but we do recommend painting as the bare aluminum does get micro scratches and finger prints on the surface during the manufacturing process.

My only concern with the rack is that it retains the stock rack base. Are there any plans to redo the mounting system?

Every 3rd gen rack I have ever seen uses the stock rails. What is so bad about them? These have been tested with a lot of weight on some rough terrain.
You do realize that these guys are based out of the Denver area right? I am sure they would be happy to meet up with you.

Just finished installing my rack last night, got dark by the time I was done so I will try to update with pictures in the near future. Overall great design that should be great to have moving forward. Fast communication throughout the process and happy to support board members! :banana:
I am not familiar with the term "pressure mount". Can you describe that in more detail and/or maybe show some close up pictures of what that looks like?
My apologies if you have already done that somewhere in the prior 4 pages. I havent reviewed all prior posts in this thread...but if so, can you point me to the particular post numbers in this thread that might shed some more light on a pressure mount?

I'm pretty sure it means that the front feet of the rack don't actually bolt on to anything on the roof, but are resting on the roof. (Resting isn't really the right word, they have a little pressure from the rack flexing so it's like they are forcefully resting on the roof) - hence "pressure mount". This way you don't have to drill into the roof.

Sorry for the delay, snagged pictures last night under the lights of the gas station haha. The front legs mount with a C shaped bracket and simply lower the felt pad to press against the roof and apply pressure. No drilling into the roof required!
Overall very happy with the rack! Haven't notice much wind noise at all, looks awesome and will be put to good use.
