Sorry if already asked, I am on my 6th Toyota... I have a 2001 2 wheel drive and don't care for the shifter (couldn't find a decent 4 wheel drive in my area). I remember on a couple of my Tacoma's (TRD package,2 wheel drive) they had the same shifter as 4 wheel drive. Has anyone swapped out the 2 wheel drive shift handle with a shift handle from a Tacoma? Would it work? My 4Runner with 55K.......
