Shifter out of allignment!?!?!?

So I greased my drive line today and checked and added some tranny fluid, and now my shifter is an entire "letter" off! the shifter says im in neutral but im in drive! it's always been just a tich off, but never this bad, It doesnt even go all the way into low and in park i have to puch hard on the shifter for it to actually get it into park, is there any way to fix this?????

make sure the ebrake is on when you adjust it cause it can pop out of gear and roll over you
