Shifter sticks in park

2012 sr5 4x4 - sometimes sticks in park

Checked fuses - found a 30 amp door fuse that was bad. Couldn't find one anywhere. (Small fuse). Put back in and dash lit up with a bunch of errors. Took it to local dealership. They replaced fuse and reprogrammed the seat sensor (one that detects occupants) and dash cleared up. Couldn't make it stick in park. Thought fixed. Next day gets stuck in park again. brake lights and brakes work fine. Any ideas?

Just to be sure -- are you pressing the brake when you try to shift out of park?

Could be a bad switch. I've never seen them go out this early though.
