Everything you've done is in great taste.

Did you do a full detail on your 4runner? The paint looks beautiful.

Also, what did you do to turn the insides of the fenderwells black again? I noticed some screws on the inside of the fender flares, is that to keep the insides of the flares from getting marked-up?

Thank you for your comments! We clay-barred and hand-waxed the body. The paint is in surprisingly good shape! Jeff sprayed the inner fenders with rubberized undercoating. The silver screws you see are the fasteners for the Bushwacker flares.

Thanks for your comments. If you're referring to the thin rubber bead between the flares and the body, that came with the Bushwacker flares. You might try contacting them directly to see if you could buy it separately.

I wasn't thrilled about pulling the dash apart again to swap out the flasher, but I had an ulterior motive. I was hoping to find this little bundle of joy:

Not sure if its already been said, but neither of those plugs is for the E-locker. Every 4Runner made has those, and only some of them use them. One is for the rear window lock on 4Runners that have manual windows (still have to be able to lock out the rear window) and the other is for something else that escapes me at the moment.

The e-locker switch plug is small. Only has a few wires, but if I remember it is white.

Yes, unfortunately for us, we're not prewired for the e-locker. I tore into the dash and kick panel for what seems like the eleventy-billionth time and found nothing.
Not to worry, though. Our donor e-locker-equipped rearend has the wiring harness intact, and I plan on following ARKRWLR's awesome writeup.
Meanwhile, Jeff has been working on cleaning up the donor rearend. We still need to swap our 4.10s up front for 4.30s, so this leg of our build will take some time. Patience.

Coverking was essentially worthless as they don't know their own fabric types, they also sent me swatches that didn't match the covers i bought from you. So i sent a headrest to rockywood fabrics. They have shipped me stuff before. They matched it and called me, they are awesome.

Here is the matched fabric for the tan we have. 1050 Denier coated Ballistic Nylon Fabric - Tan

Painting CBI rear plate bumper.

Jeff is painting our CBI rear bumper this week. I ordered it unpainted, but it came with black powdercoat anyway. That's great, but we're color-matching. Like our 4X Innovations front bumper, Jeff has sprayed the inside with undercoat. Here it is, ready for clearcoat:

I mentioned previously that Jeff has used spray bombs throughout this build. He wouldn't recommend that for large areas (like our hood), but for bumpers and fender flares, spray bombs are great. This is what he's using (Sherwin Williams):
