Shock Part Numbers REAR AND FRONT LC80 Coil Lift

I'm putting the finishing touches on what should be my LC80 (1991) 19.25 coil lift. I have 3" spacers coming for the front until I can afford the full SS or TT set up.

Front:
I wanted to just do the adjustable 5125s, but no one seems to have just them in stock right now...anyone have the part number so I can search Amazon, etc?

Rear:
I know I can use the LC shocks part # 48531-69417 , but they don't just bolt up without some extra small parts... what exactly is needed to bolt these up?

What are the Rancho part numbers?

Thanks, I searched but did not find...

Billsteins are on backorder and have been for a couple months now. I've talked to a ton of places and every has said that no one's got them in stock and that you've just got to oder them and wait. Toytec said that they are on backorder till mid/end of aug right now so looking at like 4 weeks to get them, maybe more
