Shop Can Not Get Alignment/Steering Right After Lift/Tires

I put a Daystar 2.5/1.5 kit on and got some 275/65/18 tires and the shop that put the tires on can not get the steering wheel straight. To track straight down the road, I have to hold the steering wheel at 10-11 o'clock. Anyone else having this issue after lifting their vehicle? They keep telling me there is nothing they can do. Everything is in factory spec.

That's BS. If they're stupid enough to not know how to shorten one tie rod and lenghthen the other, they don't need to be doing alignments. You don't need to pay them for that service.
 
Kauffman Tire in Atlanta. I have taken it to two different shops now. It is still not straight. If I try and hold the wheel straight, I am drifting to the shoulder.

Here is what I have been told:

Shop: The tire size is causing it. Me: Really? I don't think so.

Shop: The road has a crown in it and may cause it to do this. Me: Hmm It wasn't doing it before I got new tires. I drove 38K miles and it was straight.

Shop: It could be radial pull. Me: OK. (Shop switched tires left to right and vice versa) A little better, but still not right.

Shop: Lets realign it. Me: OK, but the alignment seems right, even after the 5th one.

I am taking it back today. :ybrick:
 
Finally got it right. One of the techs saw my truck and decided since he just went through the same thing with his recently lifted Titan with 35's, he would look at mine. Voila, straight after one adjustment. It's perfect. Man it's hard to find good help now a days.
