Shop for small welding repairs in SoMD?

Anyone know of a good place in Calvert/St Mary's County that does good sheetmetal welding? I have a small patch panel I need welded on a part for another project (pictured), but two of the shops I've called wanted ~$200 for a 5" patch w/o any finish work.:crazy:
