Should I be worried (Pics)

So I was investigating my CEL/VSC TRAC lights not coming on when I start the truck and found the following two plugs when I looked in the fuse panel inside the car. The white plug had two wires that was connected to the TRAC switch that doesn't do anything when I press it.

Are they supposed to be connected to the dash? Maybe the CEL/VSC lights that's not working anyway?

I'd simply pull the Body ECU back far enough to see if it has empty connector holes that match. I don't know too much about the VSC system, it has it's own computer but does use the Gauge fuse in the Body ECU. Take a look at this

Thanks for the help, but reading the diagrams is like reading Chinese for me. They may be 4WD stuff that's not supposed to be hooked up anyway on my 2WD.....or could be the TRAC lights that aren't working on the dash like I mentioned. I'm installing an aftermarket radio on Saturday and might just take out the gauge cluster at the same time and make sure all connectors are hooked up and all the lights are installed. I'm thinking whoever sold the truck to me just took out the lights rather than fix an issue with the systems.

Oh, I have the P0240 code and have to replace the O2 sensor at the same time. Ugh!!!

I took a look at my TRAC OFF button as well. I've got the same two connectors hanging loose in the same spot on my truck as well. I haven't been able to find anything on it either and am curious as to why both of our trucks have the exact same issue.

It could be for items our trucks do not have, such as 4WD items???? I'm not sure, does your TRAC OFF light work on the dash if you press the button?

I enjoy the hell out of my 4Runner and spend my days looking for more cool things to get. I'm just worried about the CEL and TRAC OFF lights not working on the dash. I'm kind of anal about things not working and just wondering if I should take out the instrument cluster and see if the bulbs are removed. I took it to Advanced and have the P0240 code already, what else could be wrong?

If you could take it off why not probably the bulbs are not working.

When you turn the key to Acc do the Check Engine and VSC lights light up? If not the bulbs may be burnt out and need replacing... If they do turn on, but when you start up neither are lit i would think you would be fine and have no issues. Double check the codes in the stored codes and if there are any, clear them and see if they come back... then you know you have an issue if they do.

but really, check to make sure the bulb is good and working first, then go from there.

That's the step I'm taking this weekend. When I turn the key to ACC the orange VSC light above the seatbelt lights comes on, but that's it. When I press the TRAC OFF button nothing happens.

The lights don't come on when I turn the key to Acc or when I start it, it's either the bulbs are burnt out or worse. I'll check the bulbs this weekend, I bet they have been removed because of the CEL. I know I have the P0240 code already and have a new O2 sensor on the way.
