Should I replace my 10 years old tires?

This can't be a serious question. Oxygen and UV degrade rubber over time.

The in laws bought some stupid cheap tires once from a local place. A few weeks later they're driving down i20 coming to see us in TX and the damn front tires both delaminate.

Got to looking at the bits that were left, the tires were 8 years old when they were sold to my un-witting in laws.

replace them just to play it safe, friend had some older tires with fine tread and had a blowout that almost caused an accident.

Another vote to change them, considering both their age and the fact you only have 4/32 left.
