Should I swap my brush guard for a Defiant light bar?

As of right now I have an Aries Brush guard on my 4R, however, I am really only using it as a place to mount lights. However, I like knowing that if someone backs into me the brush guard will take the brunt of the damage, especially since no one down here seems to be able to drive

No answer for what you should do to your own truck but you need to know the brush guard is a "damage multiplier" and not protection of any kind.

I'm just talking about getting backed into down here in the parking lots, obviously its not gonna help me in a 40 mph collision
