Show me your compressor mount

Looking at mounting a compressor under the hood (unless there's a better place). Looking for mount ideas.

That looks great, what are the dimensions of that compressor? Just took out my cruise control...curious to see if that would fit?

To answer everyone at once.
The compressor is the ARB CKMTA12.
We had the compressor installed when
the front and rear lockers were done.
Slee offroad in Golden Colorado did
the install. The bracket is custom
designed and built by them.

Thanks! I was trying to figure out where that or the smaller ARB would fit in my 2004 4runner. This helps with gauging size and fit.

How noisy are these things from there? Quiet enough for nighttime in a campground?

They have their own fuel supply? Or you're tapping into the 4R gas tank?

i saw one pic on here where the compressor was mounted in the hidden jack area in the rear of the vehicle, along with the hose. I will see if i can find it.

Found it. He put the little compressor next to the bottle jack in the back driver side of the vehicle.

UHHHHHH its a air compressor and runs off the battery its not a generator not sure why you would need it at night in a camp ground

come on a compressor with an internal combustion engine run off the vehicle's fuel supply would be the ULTIMATE mod... and I can think of a few reasons for an air compressor at night ...

Here is mine mounted in my 05 V8:

Not sure if there is any difference in V6 models but I had a custom bracket made for my dual ARB. It's made of aluminum and is 100% bolt in. It's a tight fit but man it's like it was meant to be mounted there!

I built this mount for my dual motor ARB. It was easy enough and didn't take long. Beats the amount folks want for a custom one. This location of the engine compartment is filled with threaded holes in the inner fender and wheel well.
