My Puppy Ranger
Here is Ranger sitting by the door at about 10 months old. The second picture is the two of us in the Santa Ana River after a day of wheeling in Big Bear on Holcomb Creek Trail. He loves laying in mud puddles but that was the first time he actually got in any moving water. He is a German Short haired pointer/Rottweiler mix by DNA test even though he looks hound. The last one is what he looked like as a puppy.

That mini Aussie is adorable! I did not know that existed.
I don't think I posted up my new baby in here.
I'm convinced I got stuck with a mini German Shepherd...she's only 6 months and a female but maybe 50 pounds so far... but that's ok, she knows the 4Runner is "her" truck so that's good enough for me.

Ha!! My two Huskies used to play like that all the time, they had so much fun! Norm is gone now and it's just Lucy. We have a neighbor with a mix and they play a bit, but Lucy's legs are getting bad, in fact way worse than I thought as she got out of the fence last weekend and when I called her back, she was trying to run, but they kept giving out on her.
I'm not sure what to do as I know the medicine that I gave Norm to ease his leg pain towards the end ultimately killed his heart, so I would like to avoid that is possible. I've been giving her diet food (she's a bit heavy) to ease some of the pressure on her legs and also an aspirin every day and it seems to have put a little spring back in her step. I just want her to be as comfortable as possible and not be tied to some prescription that's going to hurt her heart.
Anyway, love your Huskies, they are beautiful. I can't imagine the amount of hair that was in your 4R after that trip to the mountains with 4+ dogs in it with 3 of them being Huskies, wow!!

Sadie is the lab mix. Swarley is a giant 3yr old hyper puppy gsp.

I don't use him to hunt unless you count my cats. He needs tons of exercise. He's too smart for his own good. If we didn't have a 6ft privacy fence he'd be gone. A neighbor down the street has 8 gsp's and they're all nuts.

My GSP needs lotsa exercise. We work a lot but we have a dog walker so that helps out quite a bit. She is smart as hell though and knows all the tricks in the book to get what she wants! Great hunter too.
