So I didn't even know this thread existed till the evening. Here are my two German Shorthairs, Gunner (the brown one) is almost 2, and Echo (the black one) is almost 1. Last two summers of puppy has been eventful but now it's all worth it..and we essentially bought our 4R for them since they go everywhere with us.

Ha they are. They are also half siblings, have the same dad but our breeder has two females and breed them both only once a year, so we got one from each female a year apart. It has been quite an adventure of two puppy summers but it's all worth it now. They are the best dogs I've ever had.

Here is a quick video I took last night of Sloan fetching the ball and then diving into the snow pile. She did this over and over until she had completely obliterated two pretty decent piles! The kids and I were rolling!

Between playing outside as much as we can and my son playing in a pretty competitive level of baseball, yes, we ALL sleep well! We are running 24/7 it seems and the daughter has yet to start any activities!

Wouldn't trade it for the world though!
