Ah thanks man. He's actually a border collie! Nailed it on the red merle coloring though. He comes from working stock where they focus more on temperament than coloring so you get a little more variation in coats. One of his brothers was tri color, so gorgeous! I couldn't put this guy down though, his personality was just a perfect match for me. I hear the Aussie's and border collies are similar in a lot of ways. So far it's going good but it's obvious he's incredibly smart so I'll have to work on some mental exercises to keep him happy.

Wow! I can usually tell the difference between the BC and Aussie! Either way, keep rawhides and rubber chew toys handy!

You're the first one to get it! I used to. I'm and old fart now 1997-1998. I was never that great, middle of the crowd. Mostly addicted to the runners high after a nice run.

My uncle was track coach at SIUE during that time. He was also an Olympic alternate in 92 and 96. And ran for goldwin track club with Craig Vergil. I also ran XC and distance so that's why I understand lol

Has anyone done anything to their rear bumper so it isn't so slick? He doesn't have an issue getting in or out when it is dry but when it gets wet he loses his footing and I'd hate to see him get hurt.
