Shrockworks bumper install? I have cash!

Hey Guys,

I just got my shrockworks bumper for my 97 4Runner. I don't have access to a grinder or a welder but am looking to get this installed. Anyone want to take on a bumper installation project? Full disclosure, I have some lightforce lights and some PIAA 510 fogs that I'd like to have installed as well.

Or can someone point me in the right direction?

Oh yeah, I'm in the Shoreline / Edmonds area.
