Shrockworks Bumper Rear Swing Out Latch Pin Broke

Great weekend of wheelin but the rear swing out at one point never made it fully closed and swung wide and pop, the lock out pin broke off the end. Shrockworks is out of business and I have looked for this pin online for a few days with no success. Any leads would be most appreciated at this point.
The yellow highlighted area is where the pin broke off. That part of the pin is about 1/2 long and 1/2 dia.

I found that as well. The length is too short.

There's not room to just weld it to the pivot tube and re-drill the index hole in the lower plate?

The tube is welded into the swingout. This is the pin that goes into the welded tube. Not looking to refab a different spring pin, just the replacement part.
I found the spring pin assy a few years ago online for a different project but didn't buy it. If I could figure out what vendor Shrockworks sourced this part from I would be golden.
