p.s. they are only half way done with my car...
Uneek said:With the amount wheeling you guys do, I think the poll should be more appropriate as: Shrockworks bumper with or without hoops.![]()
Fo_SheeZy said:Hell yeah dude, shockwork bumpers look sick!
Off Topic: Why did Josh get banned?
Roguesport1 said:I have the same debate going on. Even though the ARB is a legendary company, I find the shrockworks more appealing. I am on the envelope of ordering the shrockworks. The question for me is with hoops or no hoops. (Uneek, I have the same question)One can't get it with just the center hoop. I didn't realize 4-5wks. LONG WAIT!!!
Then I thought of getting the NFAB prerunner bar for the Tacoma and doing some minor fabrication since its a direct frame mount and the frames are virtually the same. I've been able to measure both frame rails and they very match closely.
Althought the ARB looks great on teampwr2 runner. What to do?
Hows install on both bumpers?
Any thought

HB 4X4 said:Yes, as stated above I'm not sure where you heard 4-5 weeks. It's 12-16 weeks, and even then, don't be stuck on the idea that you will even have it by 16 weeks.
05Rrunner said:I bet with the economy the way it is , The wait period will be much, much shorter very soon.
Every company in the off-road biz is hurting bad
HB 4X4 said:What does the economy have to do with it? It's because of high demand, and their refusal to expand. They are just a bunch of guys working out of a garage. Maybe if people stop ordering them, the wait time will go down.
That may be part of what you meant, but not completely.

Are you kidding ?
Most off road shops including the big boys like 4wpw, mail order ect are off like 50% from last year at this time.
Fabtech stopped 100% of prduction for 90 days !
Sales of oversize tires are off 70% from last year
As I am a member of SEMA , people are worried
and do not think this bumper company will be any differant.
The economy/gas prices have everything to do with it
Times are changing
HB 4X4 said:Right, but don't you think it's possibly because a few guys cannot keep up with the demand? They need like 10 times as many as they have.
