So there is a reason you're not getting any responses.... This topic has been talked to death.
You have two options - search through the forum, which is not that hard. Or, you can look through the lighting sticky and see if that answers your questions.

Does the front bumper have to come off to install those LED baja lights?
I get confused easily with taking bumpers off and doing wiring

The Shrockworks bumper will accept the factory fog lights, which means our Plug and Play Fog Lights will work!

Does the front bumper have to come off to install those LED baja lights?
I get confused easily with taking bumpers off and doing wiring
For the factory bumper, removal is NOT necessary to install Baja Designs fogs. I'm not 100% sure on the shrockworks bumper.

I don't believe so. You can see the brackets and plug just looking under it.

I had to drill a hole into the Baja Designs bracket tabs to fit the bumper. Both bracket but just one tab. No big deal. It's solid and doesn't shake.
Only thing I wish is the light were further out more. I feel it's too recessed in there but that's no design flaw of either company. Just my preference. One day I'd like to make a bracket to push the light out further.

Didn't have to do any drilling or anything. No shaking. Wish I did this way sooner, output is perfect.

The Squadron Angled Bezel will fill the gaps and look a little bit nicer in the bumper. They are sold individually and replace the existing Squadron-R bezel:
