Shrockworks front bumper paint?

I plan to paint my bumper myself and have previously used the Rustolium 7271 Silver Metallic on other parts but it does not quite match perfectly.

Has anyone ever ordered exact match paint in an aerosol? I have ordered paint pens from these guys, but never the aerosol.

I would recommend you let us powdercoat it for you so that you can have a good base. Our PC shop does a really good job of sealing up the bumper and you wont have to worry about rust for a number of years.

We could do what they call "fine silver" for you without the clear at the same price we charge for our standard semigloss black. From the looks of it, it would be a really close match, but if its not close enough you could just scuff up the exterior of the bumper shell/tubing and put a coat of paint that matches to your satisfaction over the powder coat.

yes you can paint over powder coat, its actually a great base for paint. try and clean it best you can and run a sos pad over it. you will be good.

Do you have a local automotive paint supplier? You can go to one, and they will pull your factory color, and then they will inject it into a few rattlecans (really high quality sprayer heads, too) and you can match things up perfectly. I did this with a metalic green that I liked on the bmw m3, and used it to paint a few bike frames that I was restoring.

Keep in mind that it's a two part system, and that you will need to clear coat it afterwards. That also, they have a solution for. Just buy the two liquids that you mix together in a paint cup, then they have this propulsion can that is basically compressed air in a spray can, just without the paint. I has a resevoir in the bottom of it that you fill with the clear coat mixture, then spray it on. It's very, very easy to use, and you can precisely match your factory color.
