Shocking (pun intended). I emailed SW a while back about getting a bumper, never got the courtesy of a response, so decided to go with Addicted.

My motto is if they treat you poorly when trying to make a sale, imagine how they'll treat you if you have an issue after the sale. Life's too short for that. But YMMV.

I couldn't agree with you more. I contacted a seller on CL regarding an FJ40 they are selling, who is 3-4 hours away from me. I asked questions, and the seller told me to look at his CL ad which is very vague. Customer service is key in today's climate.
