You will probably find your Toyota dealer (and most other shops) will recommend replacing your rotors instead of turning them. In my experience, as long as good quality rotors are used, it's actually better in the long run. Your dealer will use OEM rotors which are just fine.
As for pads, yes, there is a lower cost pad that is sometimes included in brake "specials." Skip it and go for the same pads that came in your vehicle. They don't coast that much more. Do not get tempted to go to the TRD performance pads though. Yes, they do stop a bit better, but the amount of dust they generate just isn't worth it. Oh, and they don't last as long either.
If you haven't had your calipers replaced yet, they will probably recommend it. For peace of mind, I'd recommend it too. You don't want to wipe out a brand new set of rotors and pads when an old caliper locks up.

It won't be cheap. (I work at a dealer.) You will get the very best parts though. Another alternative would be to have a private shop you can trust do it with high quality aftermarket parts. If you pick the parts carefully - maybe even use OEM - you can probably get the cost down.

Calipers don’t need replaced unless they are seized or corroded. Replace the pads and rotors and call it a day.

Taking it in early Monday. Will let ya know. probably. Many of the miles have been in sub zero temperatures with snow and ice which can be much fun.

Had the work done today. rear brakes were 7/10 fronts were 4/10. Roter still within specs so they machined the front. Calipers were good and they replaced the front pads. Had the brake fluid flushed and same with the power steering.
Would have totaled out just brakes $410. Flushes were $149. each. Not pretty on the bank account but it's done.
Pretty clear to me that everything now with the democrats and post covid are more expensive.
They also told me the front axles were leaking and should be replaced....$750.00 I am going to call around as it was obvious that was selling up.
