Go to the store and pay $2 each for a pair of 2" convex mirrors. Put them on the bottom outside corner of the outside mirror. Eliminates blind spots on both sides.JoeV said:I do agree, these mirrors are huge! To his defense, there is a blind side on the right side of the car. That's why I myself was interested in getting one of those fender mirrors.

You read my mind. You know when I checked out the 4th gen at an auto show, I didn't like the visibility out of the front window........so much that I discounted the 4runner all together. Then I thought that maybe the seat was just too high. So, I went to a dealer and sure enough it helped a ton. Still not quite the visibility I hoped for, but surely good enough and a vast improvement over my Mustang.jay_marx said:.....Guess I could put my seat way up...
Let's just put it this way -- they work well for me. When I travel and rent a car, I find that I really miss having them.Luxury said:I have heard jharris2 talk about those little mirrors before, and he seems pretty confident on their value. I've never tried them, but I think I'll pick some up and give 'em a try. I'm definitely going to try and find some without a black rim.
