You're a retrofit addict, SIKHILUXSURF. Out of the three sets you've had, I like those the best, though.

The 4Runner looks awesome. Everything is tied together really well, it's got a unique look/style, and it's super functional thanks to quality parts. Nice ride.

haha, thanks Big. this will be the last set i will build for myself for this vehicle. it is the most sought after setup and i am very pleased with the results.i went all out spending as much as buying another small carmost will say im stupid and using alot of money just on headlights. to me i can care less. i have invested money in other expensive parts so i rather not cheap out on something like lighting. who knows one day is might save my a ss. The only thing i can see changing out for is some slim case denso ballasts.

I'll bet. Those things LOOK like they cost as much as a small car. I could be wrong, but I don't see your build going in the direction where you add off road bumpers and a bunch of lights, so it should pay dividends for you to have a killer set of headlights if that's all you'll be running.

I'll bet. Those things LOOK like they cost as much as a small car. I could be wrong, but I don't see your build going in the direction where you add off road bumpers and a bunch of lights, so it should pay dividends for you to have a killer set of headlights if that's all you'll be running.

not really. i kinda like it. and some times load stuff with it. after a while you kinda get tired of putting it on and off.

You're welcome, man. I had a feeling you'd be able to find a use for them, and I'm glad I was right. That one looks like it was made just for that spot.

Speaking of keeping with the jaos theme i was going to pick up a new TRD beadlock wheel as a spare but something came up that was much better of a choice Big thanks to Ryhi for finding and his effort for getting them from Canada into the States. he found a pair of Victron Zigas and jumped on them. and we each took one for spares.

here is how they look new.

how they were when we got them. pretty weathered. i forgot to take more pics of the wheels before i split it. the back was pretty corroded and rusty.

assembly bolts removed to split the wheel.

split the face from the barrel and cleaned them a bit.

cleaned the barrel.

the asembly bolts and nuts sitting in some coke. the bolts werent to bad but the nuts were corroded ill let them sit till tommorow and see how they do. then figure out if im gonna replace the nuts or continue to clean them up.

so no real drastic changes here just a new set of window visors couldn't justify buying the OEM Japan Visors, since we have a baby coming soon. so i got the weathertech ones instead.

here what will be occupying most of my time now instead.
