I love my WeatherTech visors and sure you're loving yours too. Did you get the smoked finish ones? For me they weren't dark enough, so I spray painted them with a few coats of Niteshades to darken them up abit..that's just me.
thanks guys! first week was a bit rough. but we are learning as we go.
and for you guys that are asking about the clear bumper signals here is the link from the purchase i made off ebay. they are 4 led signals so should be much brighter than the curent one led signals. excuse the title on there listing it says 3 led but its clearly 4 including the center one.
2" Round Clear Lens Amber LED Light Kit w Grommet Trailer Truck Yellow | eBay
i really wish i could have found a clear housing that accepts regular filament bulbs. i am still on the quest.
ill get some pictures of the signals on Monday once i pop them in. my only other gripe about the bumper is that my piaa 510's don't exactly fit to well with the bumper. it seems a 3 1/2" fog would work better. so i may just need to try that. really which i didn't spend all that money on the piaas before finding out now.
Thanks for the linkon the blinkers. Thats interesting news with the PIAA lights. I should look at the dimensions of your lights because I am just ordering some 4" round LED's from a local group buy for in the bumper ports. Maybe I should re-consider the size.
Wow thats a crap load of money. let me know how everything turns out and ill see if i can help you source them out cheaper. Thanks for the info. I already changed my LED order due to your advice and am going for a smaller light that I can shim to the desired location if needed. It's smaller than a 3 1/2" LED.
I priced out a pair of those clear LED bumper signal lights and they want $36 to ship to Canada. Ouch!
First off, BIG CONGRATS to you and Mama on the birth of your baby Boy!!!! He looks like he's ready to go, and I hope you guys are too... it's gonna be the ride of your life. Just be sure to support each other, take a breath now and then, and have fun with the Baby. You'll look back every month and wish it had lasted just a bit longer.
The ODL bumper looks great on your 4Runner. I'm glad you went w/no hoops because I don't think it would have worked any other way. Nice upgrade.
Nice work mang now all your missing is the hilux tire carrier like Blcktpgsr and my self!!!
Big TONE!!!!!
Congrats on the baby boy. He'll be wrenching next to you soon enough.
Rig is looking sick *thumbs up*
