Look into a set of Dean Wildcats. You can get them in 285/75/16. Fantastic tires, good tread, and made in the US.... yea yea, I know it's a Japanese truck..... check em out
 
I already got a set of BFG's on order in the same size in a d load range coming direct price match. so i can complain.

where did you pick up the seat covers? any group buy or deal?

Looks great. I love the JDM look. Im trying to mix mine with a JDM/rugged offroad look. Kinda like yours and ryhi and jadarotweiler, and surf185.

Those black seat covers look sweeet. The tan and black ones you had on before weren't bad either. Interested in selling them? :)

I like those Wet Okoles. I had a set a long time ago and they had a funky smell even though they were new. Even a good wetsuit solution wouldn't get it out.

Any smell to those?

Thanks t seat covers I hot direct through wet okole I was given a discount as this is my second set of covers.

The old ones are gone they were pretty beat up and the driverside was all ripped up

yes it does have a funny smell i hope it will air out in a few days.
 
Aren't they located locally in social? (wet okele)

When I used to live in Newport Beach I would drive by a store.

Did you deal with someone in particular? Can you refer me the same contact if so?

They have multiple stores, the one you're thinking of on Newport Blvd and 17th I'm not sure is still there though....
 
when are we going to do a jdm meet? its funny how you, surf185, iceman601, kevin444, and i probably all live within a 4-5 mile radius.

HAHA it is funny. Surf185( Carlos) i have met a few times, Iceman601 i have seen him once when i was driving and he has spotted me a few times either driving or at toyota Fest but never got a chance to meet face to face, Kevin444 ( Kevin) i've known for years before he go into the blue 4runner he used to own a black sport edition that got rolled and is a buddy of mine and you heck we went to the same HS haha. we definatley need to all meet and hang out and shoot the **** and see each others 4runners.
 
well I'm down just figure out when everyone is free.


i was Bored last night so i decided to add some color to my boring FJ crusier transfer case shift knob.

was bored snapped a shot before walking my dogs.

BFG's back on the 4runner now 285/75/16's and all is good in the world.

Stupid Manager tried to tell me oh the falkens have a 6 ply side wall compared to the BFG's having only 4 ply. i was like just because it have 6 plys instead of 4 plys doesnt mean it rides better. so back to the BFG's I went. No regrets.

Alright, I'm really digging the trim pieces. Where did you get them?

Or are you just really good at vinyl wrap?

I just love the gloss. A set of the trim pieces in gloss black would be pretty awesome.
