A few of mine from this month. One in Sunset Crater National Monument outside Flagstaff and one back home in Southern Indiana in the coal mines.

Stayed at the 4Runner Hotel on Padre Island

We took an impromptu trip to the Padre island national seashore and ended up sleeping in the truck. My wife, 4yr old and 15 yr old slept in the truck while I slept outside on a beach chair. It was hot and humid but the stars and the fire were the things most remembered by my kids. Since summer is coming to an end I wanted to get the new truck out the beach to see how it handled. All in all it was very comfortable and capable. My kids cant wait to go again. We plan to go again in late October or early November before it gets too cold.
At the beach we saw a lot of folks with canopies and awnings and decided to look into something similar for the truck. When we got home I found out that Rack Outfitters is in our backyard! I stopped by on a Saturday at 4pm and picked out a rhino rack and sunseeker awning- they installed it and I was out by 6pm!

What mods have you made to your 4Runner? I see you have driven it through quite a bit of water so I was wondering if you did anything special to handle that.

And last question, where is the iceberg shot? All of the pics are cool.

It's all stock with stock tires The iceberg was from my newfoundland trip..planning to do the Mckenzie ice road between inuvik and tuk next year before it closes down permanently...

Just a pic of my pavement pounder! 267 miles on the odo. Got a great deal from Ventura Toyota. OEM TRD Pro's with 265/70-17 BFG KO2's. Love the wheels and tires so much! Will probably be switching to SCS Ray10's when they're available.
