They didn’t fix the timing cover seal but it’s still a nice runner.
Drove nice. Typical age stuff but no rust.

I just now saw your post...BUT I can't tell anything from the photo, it's just hard to see what you're seeing in a photo.

Are you seeing fresh wet oil or where it was leaking before being fixed, if they didn't clean the area it could be fixed but still look bad.

AuSeeker there was no new fresh oil drips i saw before or after driving it. Thanks for helping .

they have a test track so up a hill, cobblestone, bigger rocks, fake RR it’s a fun drive.
only issue was when hard braking a definite clunk downshift or brake thing. I’m talking i stomped the brake.

otherwise there was one door edge rust, pass front.
I’m off to look at finances and see what my Camry is worth. lowballed on that so won’t trade it.

Update 14 - Looked at that 2016 but the dealership was pulling some weird things. Wanted ALL my credit reports not only unlocked but unfrozen. One with a rating at 790 apparently was not enough.
What gives with that?

Trying to force me into their financing, lowball on the Camry and is this a thing now -
Would not take a $3000 deposit so I could do banking today since Monday was a holiday.

Do stealerships NOT take deposits? Are there new regulations I've missed in the last year or two with car buying?

anyway, the search continues. Going to see a white one in Indy that has had a fender bender but we shall see.
