Simple 07 Mods

All,

I'm new to the site and new to the 4Runner ownership. I've had my 07 Sport Edition for about 14 months. Bought it with 50k miles on it and the nature of my job has had me put an addtional 57k already! I hate putting miles on the car and I feel like I'm ruining the thing.

I love this car and will upgrade to the 5th gen in the next year or so (or whenever I get a new job) but for the time being I want to do some simple mods to it to make it more interesting. I saw someone on here change the interior lights from yellow to blue ( i may do white).

Any other ideas?

Simple mods? Hmmm thats a hard one as one persons simple mod may be GINORMOUS to another guy on here.

Less money- a TRD sticker, white lights chaz gives great advice

More money- Cold air intake for a couple more horses, Spidertrax to give ur tires a wider stance

A SIMPLE job changing ur floormats to weathertech floormats- but I don't know if its exactly cheap really depends on ur point of view

DONT sell ur 4runner. You got a great year, keep it!

If you have the V6, AFE makes a nice intake. If you have the V8, do what I did and get an AFE Pro dry filter (stock size) and remove the Carbon filter. If you live in a state that requires inspections, You might not want to remove the carbon filter though. K&N makes an intake for the V8's but it sucks up hot engine air vs. the wheel well air.
