Well you got me there. Lowest mileage i can find is 123,000
2000 Toyota 4Runner Limited
I think we can all agree maintenance matters more than mileage? and also that rust kills a 4runner wayyyy faster than mileage does?
Not to mention that for $12,000 you can buy a rust free decent mileage runner from local CL and swap the motor if it dies, and still have money for a vacation.

That's a 2WD, and no we can't agree that maintenance matters more than mileage. A well maintained 4Runner with fewer miles is going to last longer than a well maintained 4Runner with more miles, and there's more to it than just the motor. A motor swap doesn't fix the suspension, or the transmission, or the interior wear and tear.
There's just no substitute for low miles for someone who's looking for that.

This looks pretty good, but you still have to watch for rust in NC. Not as bad as something from NY or MI, but they still salt a lot in the mountains in NC and VA (I grew up there).
Walked away from the one in SC today and backed out of the one in MD.
I just didn't get a good feeling about the situation and the dealer was never helpful in answering any of my questions clearly.
The quest continues!

As someone who has lived in the north east pretty much his entire life. It dosent look bad at all. Frame has been painted but just a light amount of surface rust around the welds. It dosent look there's any scale. Frame I front of the lower control arm mount is smooth. As for engine bay brackets, yes that's a good indicator of rust condition. Looks like a little surface rust on them. And all the bolts have a light rust to them. Really not bad at all. What's a plane ticket cost to fly up there? Or is there a member in that area who is willing to help out?
