SL F+R with Adjustable CO'

truck is used for camping, DD, travel with 2000 lbs trailer, and very mild trails... no bolder/wall climbing as I want to go faster than crawl

I'm looking for brands that can adjust on the front without taking apart the assembly (taking off the wheel is expected), I will have a CBi front hybrid bumper and rear hybrid is in the plans (just need to find one I like), and Rock sliders running on my 99 with 33's.

I want it to be an overall great smooth ride, sway bars are probably a must, but will have quick dis-connects.

I've read other threads, and think the following is a good setup

Kings or Fox with 2.5 diameter without a remote res, front and rear... front CO with 650lbs springs for bumper and winch.
I don't know much about springs though, much of that is a mystery to me, especially the rear

but here's the thing, I don't want to go rebuilding this... as non-rebuild lasts longer, I'd rather just replace in 5-10 yrs.

Any insight would be appreciated, just want to do this once....

I don't know if you could have a non-rebuildable last 5-10 years while still wheeling it. Your best bet is probably a Tundra 5100 and some Eibach springs from toytec. They aren't adjustable, but they aren't rebuildable either.

If I were you I would buy some ADS coilovers without Resi's and rebuild them in 3-5 years.

Well I guess coilovers are the best you can get... and non-rebuild shocks lasts longer.

....shoot my stock shock is 16yrs old... but are pretty bad.

X2. ADS, King, or Fox will do you right. Rebuilding is simple. I rebuilt a set of kings for a friend and it took 30 minutes. Sure you gotta get the springs off but it's a piece of cake doing the internals. It shouldn't be the deciding factor in your setup.

Coilover that you don't have to rebuild? Toytec BOSS or Ultimate front shocks. The odd part is for the price of the BOSS you are damn near the price of kings.
