sliders for this cheap?! gotta be a catch?

The legs aren't welded on to make cutting them to length easier but I've never read anything bad about them but some of the more expensive version come painted already these will need to be painted.

well paint isnt a problem its just if i got them would i get screwed on $ when i take them somewhere to get cut to size and welded on?

Why would you need to paint them?? they look black already?

They come bare steel.

4Runner8, why don't you just look into Shrockworks or Demello? I am sure you have seen the new group buy on Demello's new bolt-on sliders (on 120). You know they are good quality, they come powdercoated, and have good companies to back them up if something is wrong with them.

I would also be worried about those breaking off under the full weight of the truck. I don't like the idea of welding the round tubes to the frame. They need some sort of bracket to disperse the weight over a larger surface than the end of the round tubing.

If you aren't going to be doing the work yourself (cutting, welding, powdercoating, etc) you may as well get a set that are already made (SW or Demello) because you wont be saving much money in the end.

I would save up for the Demello sliders, otherwise you may regret it. Sliders are not something you want to skimp on.

I had Demello do it when I picked them up since they are only about 45 minutes away.

i have been wanting something to put lights on and this is on sale but no aux light mounts. do u think it would be easy to make some mounts??

If you want something to put lights on get a Defiant light bar.

Those are just Trail Gears sliders. I just put a set on my 05.

well 58 inch aint long enough but those 67" would do the trick. but i cant weld what kind of shop would u reccomend to install
