Slight vibration just started

10 days ago I drove for about 10 miles in 4 high. Since then I have a slight vibration as I decelerate to come to a stop. The vibration almost feels like if I had switched to a MT tire from stock tire. I am wondering if I have a wheel bearing starting to go (24K miles on 2011 SR5) I have engaged the transfer case and disengaged it again, no change. I feel like I am going to get the can't duplicate answer when I go to the dealer. I know it is not much to go on but any thoughts?

A slight vibration when coasting could mean you threw a weight and a tire is out of balance.

You said you feel the vibration when you decelerate. Does it happen just when you are braking? If that's the case, you may have hit a puddle when your brakes were hot, warping the rotor.

If you don't hear it, I kind of doubt it's the wheel bearing. You generally hear that before you feel it.

Wow, 24K miles on a 2011. I'm jealous. I'm at 21K in my 2013. But I digress... I've experienced the bearing issue in a different vehicle. You will definitely hear it, not just in braking. I'd think a weight was thrown as well. I'd ask them to check the balance on that wheel.

sorry, 2013 as well, not sure how I spaced that. I will check the wieghts, warped rotors you can feel when it hits the high spot, this is more of something I can feel telegraphing through the left foot rest

I think it mostly related to wheel balance, that sometimes not easy to fix.
(I don't know what is that special about "Toyota" alloy rims, that makes it PITA to balance, per my own experience since 2000 when I start to use 3d gen. T4R with alloy rims).
I can feel slight vibration on highway whenever tire pressure drops below 34psi.
That usually happens in the mornings, when outside temperatures are low.
And to prevent such a problem, trying to keep pressure at 36 - 37psi.

Had the same thing happen to me in 2000 Sienna. It had maybe 26,000 miles on it when it happened. Turned out to be the tires.

I doubt its a problem in the front end, but if you think that may be a possibility, you can always give it a once-over when they check the tires.

However, I'm almost sure it's a tire/wheel problem, which is easy enough to check.
