sluggish response

My 2006 when in Drive,I guess overdrive will activate at @ 40mph and around town this just seems to sluggish and unresponsive, any other suggestions besides keeping trans in 4th when driving ing city conditions? Thanks

maybe you need to clean your throttle body, or seafoam your gas to clean out the fuel injectors. Many threads on seafoaming. Good luck

or a dirty air filter might be the cause minimal air flow=****ty acceleration.

I disengage OD when in stop & go city traffic.
