Thought I would start a build thread, about a year after I began modding my 2006 v8 4x4 SR5 T4R. Until recently I haven't thought my truck has been worthy of making a build thread, but as it keeps progressing, it only seems appropriate.
Here is the truck as she sits now, with the newly installed BFG All Terrain KO 265/65 r18. Of course the FJ swap+1/2'' Toytec spacer helped these tires fit with zero rubbing. No wheel spacers needed.
Engine bay with the K&N 63 series FIPK, with a custom AFE filter. I've had K&N filters in the past and they are more expensive to recharge than the AFE brand. As far as I know, performance is the same.
Black Husky liners are throughout the interior of the vehicle, along with a complete LED interior light swap. Gauges remain stock. Toolbox in the back holds all of my recovery gear and tools. It was $30 from BassProShops, great investment.
Valentine 1 radar, hardwired to the cig lighter fuse under the dash. Arrows light up to tell you which direction the radar being aimed at you is coming from. Love this thing.
Front and rear sway bar bushings. Along with the FJ suspension, these poly bushings really minimalize body roll around turns and affect handling positively. Inexpensive and easy to install.

Bought some headlight and foglight 4300k Phillips bulbs along with ballasts from V-LEDs. I really like the ultra-white output of the 4300k. Couldn't be happier. Easy Install.
