Smell fresh gas at every stop.

Firstly let me start by saying it has been about 5 degrees in the morning here for a few weeks, and hasn't risen higher than the teens by mid day either.

Lately, the truck stinks of gasoline. Each time I stop at a light, I smell it, especially if the heat blower is on.

I can't find a leak or anything. Any common trouble spots or issues to look at? Gas mileage really stinks right now but its way below freezing these days.

I am primarily concerned about the stink of gas. It takes 10 seconds or so for my 3.0 to turn over in this sort of cold, and it stinks when it finally does. (The engine has 317,000 original miles). When its warm it literally starts the second I turn the key.

My mom's '95 Maxima had a rubber hose that shrunk in the cold and gas was coming out of a hairline crack that was closed when it was warm.

Vacuum hoses routed wrong? Bet ya had recent work? The 3 under plenom center passenger side vac hoses from vsv's to those 3 tubes get mis-re-attached. two are egr, other is fuel regulator. thats where the smell comes from.
