I live in Texas. It is March 21. I should have been home hours ago. I should have been driving with the sunroof open so I could take in the Spring air. But no...instead, I battled 25 mph winds and rapid accumulation of snow. It's what you northerners refer to as a blizzard. The highways were littered with wrecks and bridge closings. Took me 4.5 hours to get home.

Pictures from my trip to Colorado. The last two pictures are regrettably the first time I have ever been stuck in the 4Runner. Some jerk in a Subi forced me off the road and my traction control would not stop the back driver side tire from spinning. My buddy in his Tundra luckily was able to lend a hand.

Took a camping trip up in the poudre canyon (Colorado) last weekend.
Got a little stuck on the trail... I had to stop after hitting a rock that made me slide into a small tree. Then everytime I tried pulling out the runner would just sink more and slide down off the trail more since there was a slight incline and absolutely no traction in the wet snow. I needed snow chains!!
It was still a great weekend and had lots of fun.

Looks Like a Fun TRIP!!! You are definately from/in CO though...out here in CA I have seen so many people stuck and do NOT carry such simple things like a shovel. Nice Rig!
