Snorkel

I would like to outfit my 2001 Runner with a Safari Snorkel. They do not make a specific snorkel for the 4Runner, but I have heard that the Tacoma snorkel works perfectly on the 4Runnner. Any thoughts? I just want to make sure, before I make any holes in the body of my truck. Thanks.

the applications are the same. just make sure you have the tacoma air tube, if you take off the passenger fender well liner you'll see it connecting at the airbox exit port and extending about a foot towards the cabin. if you don't have it, do some searching...here and yotatech, do grab a part number. good luck

Will I loose the power antenna?

no but you will have to remove the motor in order to secure the lower mounting bolts. while you're disconnecting it i would just switch to a tacoma whip antenna and save the hassle
