Woot just ordered some Demello rock sliders!!!!!!! They're having a labor day sale 15% with coupon code "unicornrainbow" coated texture black picked up for $399, not bad at all!

Just pulled the trigger on DO sliders as well. Hopefully they have 1 in stock if not 4-6 wks waiting time. They maybe interested in doing a front bumper on 96-02 as well, just got to talk to Jason. I will update when I find out.

Yeah, I looked at other bumpers and DO really suites my liking. You're right local is the way to go. I just have to talk to Jason. Thus build is getting expensive!

Since this a BS thread i just need to vent a little. Anyways we own a condo with assigned parking. We have an HOA so there are rules and regulations for the whole property. So I get a call from the mangement office yesturday saying someone made a complaint against me for working on my rig. WTF!!! So i guess that it for working on my shit.

The thing is i never make loud noises or make a mess but some POS that had nothing better to do made a complaint cause the rules dont allow us to work on our cars or wash them. People always approach me with genuine interest with what im fixing and i always give then advice on issues they might have with their cars, and they are always thankfull. I dont ever remeber rubbing anyone the wrong way...ever. i just dont get it. I guess ill have to wait untill someone has a MOD day and jump on it hahaha.

If Audi would hurry up and buy my TDI back from this scandal I'd have this stuff a lot sooner. I'm getting $13k after they buy it back but it's looking like Nov is when they will start the buyback process.

It's prolly because the HOA president (usually some older homeowner in the community) saw you working and has nothing better to do but to go power crazy.

Sux man! Is it specifically stated that you can't work on your car? Also are you working on your car in the garage or outside? I'm pretty sure you can work on your rig if it's inside your garage...

I was going to change stock uca to built right uca but have to wait next week when it comes in the truck shop for pick up.
