Whhaaattt! Super simple recipe. Cock n bull ginger beer over rocks, a shot or 2 of vodka(I like potato vodka) and a slice of lime in a copper mug. Sometimes I put a dash or 2 of angostura bitters, just a little twist from recipe. Boom!

I like the bitters idea. Mules have been the drink of choice lately with some friends of ours and it's resulted in some interesting variations. My wife is a big fan of the standard recipe with Cock-n-Bull, but we've been mixing it up with mint leaves. My buddy uses Crabbies Ginger Beer, vodka, lime, and mint. It sounded odd, but proved to be a tasty mule. We've also swapped gin in place of the vodka for the herbal/floral flavors. Bourbon and tequila also work well. My wife has made mint infused vodka and ginger simple syrup for even more variations. All of this will make the purists cringe, of course.

A mule is consumed from a copper mug due to a chemical reaction that supposedly takes place adding to the flavors. I've never looked into it to see if it's legit or a nice marketing story. That being said, a lot of copper mugs are lined with nickel, so at least it looks "correct."

Anybody here have a tacoma(2006+) with kids. I have a 3 year old and now a newborn and they have huge car seats. Trying to convince the wife trade our '14 crv for one, as the crv was good for one child but now it's feeling pretty cramped in there

Big Bear was fun.
