I got to get out and enjoy the day off yesterday. Didn't get to get any wheeling in so boarding would have to do! Hope you guys enjoyed the holiday as well.

Had Eibach shocks installed this weekend... Pro Truck Sport in the rear and Pro Truck Sport Leveling in the front. Eibach is developing springs for 4th gens and I know a guy, so I got hooked up with everything for testing. I'll be driving around with the new shocks + stock springs for ~6 weeks, then I'll be getting the new springs and reporting back. So far I love it. I was worried I was going to miss my XREAS, but two of the shocks were leaking anyway so it wasn't riding how it should have in the first place. Got 2½" lift in the front and it soaks everything up so nice. I have a couple big sweeping freeway interchanges on my commute, and it handles those just as well as the XREAS did. Excited to take it wheeling soon. Trying to get up to Big Bear, maybe Cleghorn again.

After 19 years of use and 270k miles my ignition cylinder is taking a dump. So I just ordered one of these bad boys. No more keys for me. I'll post after I install it.

Done, works like a charm. The only extra thing I had to do is hook up a relay for the 2nd ignition wire since our rigs come with two. And they have to be isolated. I didn't like the lettering so I flipped the plate. Don't mind the ugly silver screws, I'm going to replace them with black allen bolts.

So it's official I'll be joining some you fancy folk with your state of the art 4th gens. I have a friend that is a sales manager at a dealer scouring auctions and everywhere in between...just a waiting game til I find what I want....limited v8 4wd

Too bad it'll be the wife's so I won't be driving it much haha

Does anyone know any good places in big bear or baldy that my dog can run around in the snow
