I have a 2016 TEP. Finally got around to buying my Icon. Waited 11 weeks and was told 4-6 weeks. Got around to opening up to check on the goods. Such a disappointment. I saw a nick or a dent on the lock screw and spring. The rear shock looks to be leaking. This is crappy work. I didn't have this issue when I bought my Fabtech suspension. Icon states they don't sell scratch or dent items. You can clearly see the leak on the inside the box. Why would Icon package a shock if they didn't wipe it down.
It's a long shot but does anyone have a dial indicator they'd let me borrow?
Installing a spool in the rear of the truck and don't want to buy a tool I'm only going to use once.![]()

Lucky you. I order from Demello. They told me about the lead times of 4-6 weeks. The 700 lb spring was not in stock and the part for my rear shock was on back order. Those were the reasons why there was a delay. These issues were not stated when the order was place so yes it can happen. As for the damages, Icon acknowledges that it does occurs so it's not an unbelievable thing. That's seriously hard to believe. I ordered my stage 7 in June and got the complete kit in 2 weeks. Everything was in prestine condition, no leaks whatsoever

Well you've got a product that :
1. (And is the main selling point)
You've got a product that allows the consumer to mount an awning to their stock
5th gen rack. There for not having to go out and spend XXX amount of dollars on a rack just to own/mount an awning.
2. Versatile/Adjustable and secure mounting points
3. Nice sleek design( no sharp edges) and a smooth laser cut finished product.
4.Light weight and durable
Im at the $70 - $90 dollar range depending on if shipping is included using flat rate box and if nuts and bolts will be included as a complete kit/package.
