So I want to lift my 4Runner

Nothing crazy, just about 2 inches or so.

Its a 2WD and I know I can lift it but I just need some suggestions on what to look for, which lift is best, etc. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can use cornfed 3/2". You can search for "cornfed" lots of info here.

I didn't think they made the Cornfed lift for a 3rd Gen, just the 4th Gens. From the signature the truck is a 99. If it is a 99 and you just want a spacer lift you can do the Daystar spacer lift. It's been covered in the 3rd Gen forum about 38974 times lol :biggrin2:

I actually found a body lift from Summit that is cheaper than the Cornfed so I might go with that instead.
