I think I've got a good idea of whats going on but figured I would float this by the forum. Truck drives great on good roads up to about 65. Past that it feels like it's wanting to randomly pull one side or the other (wandering steering I guess you could call it?). Especially noticeable in the right lane on I-70 Westbound going into the mountains where there seems to be some small rutts. If it's an extremely well paved road I don't experience this which leads me away from slop in the rack and alignment (also no noticeable irregular tread wear that I can tell). Also kind of jerky at lower speed when I hit potholes. I'm thinking this is a combo of steering rack bushings, sway bar bushings and possibly even body mounts making it harsher (they don't look terrible but I guarantee they are 25 years old). Also possibly something to do with stock panhard on a 2" spacer lift, the spacer lift itself and the stock rear sway bar end links. Does it sound like I'm barking up the right tree? Are sway bar and rack bushings probably going to be my best bet to tackle first (I like this idea since it's byfar the cheapest thing to tackle first) maybe also finding OEM front endlinks to put on the rear while I'm at it?
