SoCal June 18th, 2011 Meetup

For those of you going along with the Long Beach area caravan, please send me an email so I know who and how many to look out for.

HB- understood the meaning. I was pointing out that a trail like Clarks Grade would be the only type (rating) that you could even try to get 20+ rigs up in a reasonable time.

FYI- I think I have a spot for us to get all lined up for a pic that should come out nice.

speaking of a nice photos...if my girl gets enough pics, we might just put together an article to submit to a few of the offroad mags. there are always write ups, why not join the fun and be published.
 
Damn im really hope there is another run toward the end of summer so i can make it since im out of town :( would love to see everyones rigs in person

The road behind the visitors center that leads to Holcomb Valley, as well as the trail to Holcomb near the cabin and 3N16 are both long, open areas. I am not sure if you plan on splitting before that point though.

Thanks for thinking of me but I am going to be out that way Friday visiting a friend so I am planning on stay with him. He works at Forest Home which is real close to the Ranger Station we are meeting at.

COB....I have the camera covered. my girl is bringing her Nikon so we will have a ton of photos.

Motorolas are FRS/GMRS radios and will also be on Chanel 13. As mentioned in the original thread bring two so we can put one in a truck with a CB and can relay.
