30+ 4Runners! :wow2:

I had a lot of fun yesterday, it was great to get out of the city and on to the trail. I was in AWD for the most of the trail, although I probably could have done it all in 2wd! It's a crying shame I had to leave early, I would have loved to run Cleghorn to the 15 from Arrowhead to head home....

Great to meet the Rosemead guys, Edwin, Luong (sp?), Ryan and Edward, your rigs are crazy cool, can't wait to get mine lifted, armoured and bumpered! :thumb3:

Thank you to Mark @ Overland Warehouse for my new compressor (bought mine, didn't win in the raffle), can't wait to try it out!

And thank you to Michael and Jason for leading the group, with the amount of vehicles we had, the pace seemed pretty good, and no one got stuck or broken. :bravo:

Some Quick thoughts:

I need a lift kit...Badly!

Outdoorlogic bumpers are REALLY nice...

30 rigs is the most I've seen on any trail/run

The Jeep guys we passed must have been pissed that they had to wait for all of us to pass... :lmao:

I will need a more powerful CB radio, my handheld worked fine, but a mounted unit will undoubtalby work better.

Great meeting you guys, looking forward to another run! Still gotta get all the names down. Huge turnout and it was great making 30+ friends in one outing!!
Anytime you guys want to get a run together large or small you can bet I will be there!

Although I cant remeber all your "real" names, calling everyone by their s/n was a lil easier. Thanks again to mark for the raffle, the compressor worked liked a gem! Vendors like you are much appreciated. I will definitely keep in touch with you for a big deposit in the short comings.

Wow, that's a bunch of pictures. Once I get a lift and some other goodies installed, I'll be down to conquer the tougher runs. It was good seeing Mike, Kimo and Edward again, and it was great meeting everyone else, I hope most of you can make it to the next run!

Note: I opened up a new thread in the SoCal Club zone for anyone who wants to discuss the July Run. Lets keep this thread for pictures and discussions from the June run.

Thanks to everyone! What a great meetup!

Im sure Overland Warehouse can keep the donations coming as long as I can get out there with you guts amongst my offroad schedule.

Everyone was a true gentleman and I agree the pace of the run on Clarkes was pretty darn good considering the # of trucks.

A few of us ran Horsethief Flat and everyone did really well. Right at the end of the trail we had to do a little winch job but other than that we had no dramas although we probably should have aired down LOL.

Abu and I went out to Johnson Valley and tooled around the "Hammers" before heading home in the evening. Who ended up doing Dishpan and Holcomb? Pictures?

I came home with a rotten noise outta my rear axle area - either diff (just over 2000miles on the new gears and locker!), or wheel bearing, or drive shaft joints. Pay to play right!?

I'll post some picts when I have some downtime.

What a blast!

It was fun getting to see so many different 4runners in one spot and meeting the drivers and riders. Just put a little comp mock up of the first meeting and line up into one photo.

Outdoor Logic, your bumpers look outstanding. Feel free to using any pictures of my truck for your ads or promos etc. And thanks for the tire gauge.

If pictures, then yes.
If tires,well the tire size is 265/70 16. I told Driffter they were 265/75 16. I should have looked at them when asked. Sometimes I forget.
If something else, well then I may tell or I may not. :jk:
