Well need to thank Mike for setting up the shop and the shop for letting us work there. We got two Toytec Ultimate lifts installed. Still need to handle a diff drop and body lift on one of the trucks but overall it was a succesfull day.

first of all i like to say i love the lift it feels good, drives better than my stock suspension like seriously... i want to thank the people who helped me on my lift even tho i couldnt be there, im so shocked that ive met a group of people on this forum already that are so helpful.

i like to thank drifter33, baja bound, pikeman, and even eric at the upholstery shop for hosting this wrench party giving us shelter from the rain.

i will have time on tuesday to finish the lift (diff drop & 1inch BL) so i will post detailed photos when im done.... but after looking at the truck and driving it just now i need bigger tires lol really leaning towards the 255/85/16 nitto trail grapplers

Cant say how much I appreciated the help from Jay (Driffter33) and Michael (Pikeman) Yesterday!!! Couldnt have asked for cooler guys to do this with... I've never really wrenched on my truck before, so it was great to assist Jay through the process and learn for the future. Man these guys work quick! I went to pick up some pizza and they had the rear end done on the 2nd rig in maybe 30 minutes???

I was initially going to do the 265/75's but as fate would have it. 3rdgen had those on his rig stock and after seeing it with the lift on...I'm going 33's.

Ya she seemed.so pay pretty good attention to what was going on and asked some good question, and took afew pics. You'll have to make sure you take her along wheeling so off you have problems with your runner she might be able to help fix it as she has seen it al taken apart and all. I hope her present from you is.as badass.

haha that's good, yea cuz we both use to work in the automotive industry
well ofcourse she would go wheeling with me this is our project car
mainly used for wheeling and camping

sorry couldnt be there to get my hands dirty but tomorrow I'm gonna finish it all up with pikman and will be taking plenty of pictures

I'll have her tell u about her badass gift when she sees u

to put it bluntly yes, do I feel bad about it yes, am I sincerely greatful yes, am I just here to get free labor out of people and not contribute to this great community forum? NO

I only did it cuz pikeman insisted it, and wouldn't have to make 2 trips since we both lived in OC, and the original spot was at drifter's....

I did provide 50 bucks for food and etc...
not that even matters, flame me for not being there, ur right I guess I should have been bottom-line.

only thing that went wrong was that my bodylift kit was 2 pucks short of the complete kit lol i will have to call toytec tomorrow and let them know what happend. basically there are 3 on each side i just went with the 2 on the outside for now and removed the middle on both sides.

and yes i got done at about 6pm and didnt get home til 7ish also it started raining hard and it was too dark for a good photo so i will have to take photos tomorrow so pictures will come shortly.

also got the chance to visit Outdoor Logic great staff, talked to jimmy about the bumper and how hes coming out with a matching rear bumper and some rocksliders so very excited bout that. looks like he will have to adjust the bumper for people that have limited flares which wont be hard... but hes still trying to figure out the bodylift situation and will get back to me on that. my bumper might have to be fully costume.if its too much work, he wont offer it on his production ones.

No he has the newer 97 but the kit only had 6 large and 2 small pucks instead of 8 large pucks.

Also the reason his bumper will have to be custom is the front body mount brackets and bumper bracket were hit and are bent out of wack a little. This is why the standard jig wont line up properly.

my truck is a 97 forsure, called Toytec already Dylan picked up the phone so I told him what I was missing and he's already shipping them to me

no biggy, still a great lift and great costumer service! just a human error.

been busy with the holidays to post them up, but here u go enjoy

heres photos when i first got it....

and this is when i added my snowboard rack from my integra to my 4runner and some BFG 265/75/16 AT (before the lift ofcourse)

and lift party inwhich i could not make but i did swing by before work to say hi to the guys lol like to say special thanks to pikeman and drifter33 for lifting my truck. i will have to redeem myself at another lift party to earn my badges lol

and this is the finish product...
Toytec ultimate lift kit and 1 inch bodylift...
after looking at it i cant wait to get the outdoorlogic plated bumper and upgrade my tires shortly after.

decided to get some spacers aswell i want more of an aggressive stance.

Nice, I have the same 4runner, when I bought it, it had a spacer lift already installed, I'll be swapping it out in the next month or so with either the ulitimate lift from Toytec or one of the SS lifts, and adding a 1" BL too. Looks good!
